Seven Jewish Children: A Play for Gaza by Caryl Churchill.
What do you
tell a child when her government is trying to kill her? What do you
tell a child when her government is killing other children? Caryl
Churchill’s controversial new play moves from Nazi-occupied Europe to
contemporary Israel through the fears of generations of Jews for their
children.
"The Ruffian on the Stair" by Joe Orton and "Party Time" by Harold Pinter
Ruffian on the stair: Into
Joyce and Mike’s humdrum existence steps Wilson - bent on revenge for
his brother’s death. The ensuing action weaves together incest,
murder and goldfish as it moves towards its shocking climax.
Party Time: The
party is in full swing. The guests are enthusing about their new
swimming and tennis club with its hot towels and cannelloni. But
‘something is going on in the street'. What is the meaning of the
soldiers and roadblocks? And what has happened to Jimmy?
Dick Whittington and the Capital of Culture

Pygmalion

of the most famous characters of the 20th century English stage:
Professor Henry Higgins, flower seller Eliza Doolittle and her father,
dustman Alf Doolittle.
